Mosaic and Pottstown Community Arts win First Place in Halloween Parade
We are pleased to announce that Pottstown Community Arts won first place in the Pottstown Halloween Parade! The Ocean themed float was our garden manager Janet’s dream project and was created by Pottstown Community Arts, the Community Gardens committee, and ACLAMO, who walked with us.
