Saturday Work and Play Day at MOSAIC Community Gardens…

Happy Thursday!

 
carrots and peasReminder, our next Garden Work & Play Day is this Saturday  from 9 am to 12 noon.

We will continue to tidy up the garden grounds, review plot assignments, provide planting ideas and hand out seeds and seedlings 

 
We will have experienced gardeners on deck to answer any questions or concerns you may have about gardening.  A Garden Work & Play Day is a perfect time to meet you garden plot neighbors, learn and share information about seed and plants along with other helpful tidbits of information they you may find helpful during the growing season.

Mosaic Community Land Trust is very pleased to announce the creation of a unique, half-time position as Community Garden Manager working with residents and the land trust in an  organic gardens setting.  

With spring just a heart beat away, we would like to fill this position soon.  Please click on the link below for all the details.

Welcome to the Mosaic Community Gardens for a celebration of the winter gardens and installation of the beautiful, artistically designed and built pergola that will support the Wisteria vine, planted beside the walkway to the garden beds.

The pergola is designed and built by Ryan Procsal, a Pottstown resident, designer and craftsman. We’re excited to feature Ryan’s creative talent and skills in the community gardens and we’re honored to call him “neighbor.”
