Mosaic Community Land Trust is looking for volunteers to help bring our newest affordable homeownership opportunity one step closer to completion.
On Thursday, June 18, we will be working at our newest Community Land Trust home, located at 1078 South Street in Pottstown, and we need 4–6 volunteers to assist with painting projects on the outside of the home. Tasks will include painting trim, ceilings, steps, and the front porch as we prepare the property for its future homeowner.
The volunteer shift will run from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. No special skills are required, just a willingness to lend a hand and help make a difference in our community. Whether you’re an experienced painter or simply looking for a meaningful way to give back, your help will have a direct impact on a local family.
This project is part of Mosaic Community Land Trust’s mission to create permanently affordable homeownership opportunities in Pottstown. Through the community land trust model, homes remain affordable for future generations of buyers, helping families build stability, equity, and a lasting connection to the community. Every home we rehabilitate represents an investment in neighborhood revitalization and housing affordability.
Volunteers play an essential role in making this work possible. By donating a few hours of your time, you’ll help transform a house into a home while supporting opportunities for local families to achieve the dream of homeownership.
