Open House at 9 E 2nd Street

Mosaic Community Land Trust is holding an open house for our newly renovated home at 9 E 2nd Street in Pottstown. On Friday, March 7th from 5:00 – 8:00 pm. Anyone interested can come by and see the house, and if you would like to apply to purchase it, the intake application can be found at Sustainable Housing – Mosaic Community Land Trust.
The home will be priced at an affordable price (30% of the income) for those making between 80-120% of Area Median Income (see the table below to check income limits).
