What: Adult Workshop 2 – Preserving Your Harvest
Our lovely garden assistant (Tina) will present our second workshop titled Preserving Your Harvest. She will also provide instruction on what to do with all the ‘extras’. The blanching process will be discussed in detail along with ideas on how to pickle everything from cucumbers to cauliflower!
Please plan to join us at the garden and feel free to bring a friend to learn how to not let your hard-earned harvest go to waste. There are so many ways to store produce and truly savor the flavor when the item is out of season! Learn more about this exciting process today!
