Investing in Pottstown’s Downtown and East End
This spring, we’re excited to begin rehabilitating another home in Pottstown’s East End; continuing our commitment to revitalizing neighborhoods while preserving affordability. We are also partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Montco/Delco to rehab a vacant three-unit apartment building on the 300 block of High Street into three condominium, also for homeownership. Both projects should be finished in late 2026, bringing four more units of attainable homeownership to Pottstown.
