Mosaic Members and Faithful Fans,
We had an awesome time two weeks ago introducing more and more families to the gardens as they made their way from Haunts on High to the community gardens on Chestnut Street. Families were in full costume as they enjoyed a bowl of homemade soup, jam and s’mores by the fire! In all aspects, it was a warm afternoon to share information, reflect on the season and spend time with family and friends.
Thank you to all those who volunteered and stopped by that day!
Join us for a social evening at our newest garden location, Elizabeth B. Barth Elementary School, to find out more about the organization or to reserve your garden bed for the 2017 growing season. The FREE evening social takes place on Friday, October 28 from 5-7 PM. We will be inside the school – meals will be served and information offered! Please plan to join us!
Mosaic is hosting a FREE canning workshop on Saturday, November 12 from 12-2 PM in the Community Room at Bright Hope! Learn how to preserve some of the produce we grow! Call to reserve your spot in the workshop, open to all community members, all ages! :(484) 300-2410
And last but not least, some general housekeeping to those who have yet to clean out your garden bed, NOW IS THE TIME. Please contact us via email if you need support, assistance or more information.
Contact our garden manager, Laura Washington, at 484-300-2410 if you have any questions or need additional information.
Thank you,
