Rock the Block is coming!

MOSAIC, together with Genesis Housing, Hill School, Pottstown Borough, Pottstown CARES and others, will be partnering with Habitat for Humanity to hold a “Rock the Block” community event on April 15th, 2016.

Rock the Block will take place primarily along the 300-400 blocks of Beech, Walnut, and Chestnut Streets in Pottstown, and will involved community groups and volunteers coming together to work on smaller community revitalization projects during this one day event.

Beech Street is Getting a Facelift!

Housing Visions of Syracuse, New York and Genesis Housing of Norristown will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on March 11th at the Beech Street Factory in Pottstown.

The mixed-use project will have 43 sustainable, affordable apartments geared toward artists, as well as commercial space. Last week, the front porch on the structure was re-opened, already giving the old building a new look.
